Roberts' Legacy And The Health Care Law
In a few weeks, a decision is expected from the Supreme Court on the constitutionality of President Obama's health care law. Whatever the court decides, it could come in a 5-4 split. Some legal analysts say that could damage the legacy of Chief Justice John Roberts, but others scoff at the notion.
