CANADA STOCKS-TSX extends rally on resource stocks

* TSX ends up 86.55 pts, or 0.75 pct, at 11,665.70
* Energy, mining shares lead gains
* U.S. data, euro zone worries weigh

advanced for the fifth straight session on Thursday, led by
energy and mining shares, but gains were limited as weak U.S.
