Heavy rain due for Bristol as amber warning issued

An amber weather warning has been issues by the Met Office with 40 mm of rainfall possible in some areas of the south and South West today.
Bristol is included in the amber warning area which also extends south to parts of Somerset and Dorset. The warning remains in place until 8pm this evening.
